The house features a beautiful garden with a green lawn shared with the neighboring cottage, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, private parking, and a private veranda furnished with a table and chairs—all set amidst unspoiled scenery and nature.
The house was designed and built using eco-sustainable methods, and the rooms maintain a perfect temperature (cool in summer and warm in winter) without the need for air conditioning. The verandas are strategically positioned, and the outdoor spaces are designed to maximize enjoyment of the fresh air: enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner al fresco while savoring fine Sardinian wine overlooking a beautiful garden. The village features a swimming pool, located 500 meters from the house; outdoor pool access is available for a small additional fee.
