100% wooden vibe in the house if fantastic! A lot of space and there is everything neccessary inside. It was a pleasure to communicate with the owners! =)
- Very outdated misleading surrounding photo: it's presented as there are only 2 houses in the field between the forest and the road. In fact there are a lot of neighbours nearby and multiple constructions (it was frozen though). Planned to catch the "wild lonely" atmosphere walking in the forest in the backyard from the photos =)
- The WC door is installed to the wrong side making it uncomfortable to enter/exit.
- 2 level beds are very noisy because of the wood and some doors can't be closed/opened as the "old" wood should be adjusted after years.
- Fireplace is mentioned but it's not installed so is not ready to work.

The house is beautifully furnished with all the necessary stuff.The kitchen is very well equipped.We enjoyed the front part of the house both in having a coffee or kids playing outside.The host was extremely helpful and kind giving us all the necessary information.
The bed mattresses are a little bit uncomfortable.An extra soft mattress cover would be a good solution.

The location of the house is great. There is a nice pine forest on one side and golden meadow sided to the west. So you could really enjoy your stay sitting on the terrace in the evening

- Location was good for getting around Durmitor national park main attractions, 5 mins to zabljak, car necessary as no shop in walking distance
- Inside was super cosy. The TV had lots of channels including live sport and English programmes. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The top balcony was nice to sit out on. Plenty of plugs, towels etc.
- The young daughter that met us on site was lovely.
- The surrounding of the property is a complete building site. The road up to it almost broke our car axel. There were wooden palettes and stone bags left in front of our house, and there isn’t much of a view as it indicates.
- The front downstairs porch is absolutely tiny, you could not sit on it.
- Items that said they were included were either not, or shared with next door?! The barbecue was shared, and we were told we had to ask the neighbouring villa for it if we wanted it, totally bizarre. There was also no real room to do it at this villa for privacy anyway. No tea/coffee maker/kettle as promised, when questioned they said it was only in the big villa, despite it being advertised on the smaller villa.
- Inside is private but next doors bigger villa really is literally next door. If they use their outdoor dinner courtyard, you feel like you are with them, can hear all conversations and music, and there is no privacy at all I can’t stress this enough. They (10 person house) walked past the front window to get to their cars.
- We found it strange there was a “host” who we sent the deposit to off-the-app privately, then on the day of check in we couldn’t get hold of them, eventually we were given the “owners” details to contact, then they gave us their daughters contact. So three people of hosts. Paid in cash on site - the money all worked out but found it weird.
- Finally, the original “host” asked if they could change our booking after our stay to save them money. We declined. It is bizarre to ask customers for favours when they wouldn’t even reply to us about a kettle.
