Mirfield

Cosy and welcoming home...We had a great stay and felt like home...you have everything to make the perfect getaway.

Not too close to town and amneties

I liked the attention to detail the hosts gave the family as incoming guests over Christmas. It was lovely to arrive to a warm house with a Christmas tree at no extra cost. The icing on the cake was the vast array of party games and my favourite UNO game which I had forgotten to pack! The scenery of open rolling hills and an open fields with sheep grazing was adorable. Coming from the city this was a real treat and the personal touch of a phone call prior to arrival at the property, reemphasising, to make contact if we required any assistance from them. I certainly will stay at this property again if I am back in Cumbria for a stay.

I liked every thing! - There wasn't anything I could find to not like about the property or my stay in the property.

Lovely little house, great beds super comfortable. Facilities were lovely and great setting if a little far to the pub 😀

Need some larger cooking pots for family dining as hard to cook a big pasta meal for 5 for example as the sauce pans are not large. Trucks can be noisy
