Ein modernes stilvolles Haus mit extrem schönem Ausblick auf die Bucht, super Fenster, alle mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet, Küche hat alles, was man braucht, hochwertige Betten. Ein kleiner schöner Pool, den man sich teilt, rundet die Anlage ab. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, nicht ganz günstig, daher wäre ein längerer Aufenthalt schon eine Herausforderung, aber wir haben uns die 1 Woche gegönnt und genossen. Der Kontakt erfolgte problemlos schriftlich und sehr zuverlässig sowie sehr nett. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Mooie plek op loopafstand van het dorp. Appartement brandschoon bij aankomst. Goede bedden, goede airco, parkeerplaatsen aanwezig op eigen terrein.

Geen ontvangst op locatie, ook geen informatie aanwezig in het appartement (kregen bv tv en kluis niet werkend), geen schoonmaak tijdens verblijf van 5 nachten, ook geen schone handdoeken, het zwembad en terras wordt ook niet tussendoor schoongemaakt. Locatie heeft zeker potentie maar heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig op de afwerking in het appartement (bv verlichting) en sfeer. De bouwput naast het terras droeg daar ook niet aan bij hoewel we niet veel last hebben gehad van de bouwvakkers. Het is een prima plek om te slapen en het dorpje is geweldig, maar verder weinig sfeervol qua accommodatie.

What I liked about the property was its excellent location within easy walking distance of town, making it very convenient. The villa itself is modern and newly built, with a clean, stylish feel throughout. It offers fantastic sweeping views over the sea and Kardamyli, which really enhance the overall experience. The outdoor pool and surrounding setting are beautiful and relaxing. The room was also very comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating a family of four.

The only minor drawbacks were that the pillows were a little too soft for our liking, and having just one key for a family of four was slightly inconvenient when we returned to the property at different times. A simple solution would be to install a secure key lockbox outside each apartment, so families or groups could easily access the key without having to coordinate with one another. However, this would not deter me from staying here again.
