Location. And the quietness around the building. Close by local markets. Decent linen and bathrooms. New fridge. Adequate AC for summer.
No dryer for my new washed clothes Old utensils. No trash liner to replace.the old one. Advertised swimming pool but we were not allowed. The host wanted us to pay upfront total bill and then told us to cancel the booking. Weird suggestion.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. In a high rise building with a partial city view. Host was both nice and responsive. Having a washing machine and small kitchen made it more convenient than staying long in an equivalent business class hotel room. I would stay here again.
Really nothing I disliked. Bed was firm for me but of course that's personal taste, and I did sleep well.
