SkyView Apartment - Bui Vien Street, Downtown & SG's HEART

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

If you want to be right in the thick of it, this is the spot. It's just a few minutes from the madness of Bui Vien, but the apartment itself is surprisingly high up and peaceful. The room is a great size—way more breathing room than a typical hotel—and having a little balcony to watch the city is a huge plus. It’s clean, modern, and honestly, you can’t beat being this close to the best street food and Ben Thanh Market for this price. Perfect for anyone who wants that central 'heart of Saigon' vibe

The location is great. City center where there's a lot of good but not so pricey food.

When we checked in, there's a lot that were not provided as if they did not prepare for us. Wifi was down when we came until late in the afternoon of the 2nd day. We had to let us enter by ourselves and figure out how to open the security locking system. Some essentials in the kitchen and bathroom were not provided, I had to ask for them. The bed was not good. Bedsheets dark, gloomy and does not look clean. There were 2 old and stained pillows which I asked to be replaced with fresh and cleaner pillow cases. The staff were not helpful and does not comnunicate well. They do not welcome mesages or concerns that you may have especially on a Sunday. They only answer what and when they want to. Plus they let you join in a communication group with many staff members who do not seem to be too happy to answer or accomodate you. I wanted to pay with credit card but they insisted that I pay in cash.
