SkyView Apartment - Bui Vien Street, Downtown & SG's HEART

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

If you want to be right in the thick of it, this is the spot. It's just a few minutes from the madness of Bui Vien, but the apartment itself is surprisingly high up and peaceful. The room is a great size—way more breathing room than a typical hotel—and having a little balcony to watch the city is a huge plus. It’s clean, modern, and honestly, you can’t beat being this close to the best street food and Ben Thanh Market for this price. Perfect for anyone who wants that central 'heart of Saigon' vibe

The location is great. Having 2 bathrooms and bedrooms is great. This room was better than the last room we had.

We arrived at different times so we had to wait a day to pay. I paid a deposit, enough for 2 days, but the staff messaged the next day and said it wasnt enough. They wanted me to send photos of my passport to them. They came back the next day and requested cash instead of card. Once we paid, my passport was no longer requested. Also, when we booked, the room was 15million with 8% applied tax. When we paid, it was 17 million and they repeatedly told us that it was for tax. It was 1am, we were exhausted so we didnt fight it. Also, communication was confusing as they were not English speaking. This time was a little questionable. But our stay was ok.
