Amazing 4 bedroom Apt with pools + gym - RDR269

Pool, villa and location were excellent. Pool was shared but with a comfortable number of othe people so that most could get a sun lounger if they needed one and the pool itself was never too busy. Villa had most of everything we expected and needed and was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Outside balcony area was especially nice. Good access to nearby supermarkets within walking distance. A few places could be cleaner, such as showers, but nowhere was unacceptable. Very good location, approximately 20 minutes walk to Old Town Estepona, and the same to the beach and Port/Marina

Key collection and return with the lock box not very close to the villa. Too many locks requiring key access (perimeter gate, pool area, gym building, garage, villa stairwell, and villa - all the same key except for the villa). Steep hill walking back to the villa for the last 200 metres or so.

Lägenheten var bra med stora sällskapsytor och en härlig terass med fin utsikt över havet. Lugnt område med nära till flera matbutiker och restauranger.

Brant backe för att komma till boendet från hamnen/staden. Komplicerat att ta sig mellan poolområde, lägenheten och garaget, alla måste ha en nyckel för att ta sig både in och ut. Detta gör att man känner sig instängd tyvärr. Boendet saknade vissa bekvämligheter som kaffemaskin och klädavhängningsmöjligheter (krokar el dyl) inne på rummen.
