It was roomy and comfortable
It was on a main road on a corner with a bus stop out the front so it was quite noisey

Spacious, airy, clean and good location.
Screen doors don’t lock unless a key is used and some UHT milk would have been appreciated. As there is nowhere in Picnic Bay to buy milk and I arrived late, a cup of tea would have been nice. And no wifi was a surprise. Don’t expect that these days.
