This house was very cute and spacious, I would recommend it as a base to travel War Memorial sites. Lots of things were thought of, different coloured towels for each guest, robes and a lovely outside area with the views of the horses. The owner was very kind and gracious, we had car troubles and were delayed and she went above and beyond to help us. The foozeball table was a lovely feature and was used each day by the kids. 😊 Caen wasn't far away and the nearest village had a wonderful bakery and huge grocery store.

We were there during the May heatwave so would have welcomed a fan in the bedrooms.

Le calme . Reveil avec les chevaux en visu cela change du béton parisien. Baby-foot fur très apprécier par les enfants. Région sympa a visité.

We have been here for the second time and we are delighted again. The house is wonderfully furnished and in a beautiful location. The whole of Normandy is absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely come back again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Samson. Le gîte est fonctionnel, bien équipé et aménagé de façon moderne. Avec le chauffage qui fonctionnait très bien, nous étions préservés de la fraîcheur et de l’humidité matinale, et c’est vraiment appréciable. La literie était aussi confortable. Enfin je ne peux pas oublier de mentionner le paysage apaisant qui entoure la propriété: on pouvait observer les chevaux se balader dans le haras, à quelques mètres du gîte. C’était un séjour parfait!
