Villetta Conteamare

La Villetta Conteamare é davvero provvista di tutto, e di più, volendo potreste arrivare con solamente il costume e garantirvi qualche giorno al mare di assoluto relax. Dotata di ogni comfort, é pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. La spiaggia di Marina di Modica é vicina ed il mare davvero cristallino.  La zona é prettamente residenziale, ma vi sono un alimentari (molto piccolo), un panificio ed una macelleria poco distanti dall’appartamento. I proprietari si sono dimostrati cordiali e disponibili nel garantirci un piacevole soggiorno. Sul finire della nostra permanenza é capitato un dusguido gestito in maniera molto onesta e ragionevole. In Villetta Conteamare l'ospitalità è pienamente onorata!

Tolles Appartement in ruhiger Lage, wenige Meter zum Strand. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, gute Betten, alles tipptopp!

Alles sehr gut

We had a very good, relaxing time in the villa. It is super well kept house, with everything you might need for few days stay. It has lovely facilities outside which sadly we didn't use much because of weather (we were staying for 3 nights in March and had rain 2 days) which I can imagine are amazing in the summer! You can see the sea from the balcony which is nice way to start a day in the morning. Kitchen is very well equipped and comfortable to use. We also liked that there was air conditioning in both living room and the bedroom - nice to cool of in the summer or like in our case - heat the rooms slightly in the evenings in March ;) And it is very bright apartment which we liked! In the summer you have outside blinds that you can use to protect yourself from the heat/sun. There's also parking spot behind the fence, so you part at the property. Marina di Modica can be a great place in the summer, sadly in March we found it extremely empty (not even possible to get a fresh bread anywhere in the morning) so keep that in mind.

Two very minor issues: - pillows could be more comfortable, we found them too flat - it would be helpful to have anti-mosquito nets in the windows because we did have few mosquitos in March ;) or at least the mosquito repellent plug in for the socket

Het appartement was zeer schoon en ruim. De buiten ruimte was heel mooi en ruim.

Er waren onvoldoende handdoeken voor een week verblijf.
