It has everything you need in a very central, convenient location. Staff are very helpful and you can book good tours through them.
If you can get a spot at the beautiful waterside La Boheme hostel with its great vibe and fantastic restaurant, I would absolutely take that rather than this place. But if La Boheme is fully booked, this is a good fallback option and you can still hang out at La Bohene, which is just 5 minutes' walk away,

Location is amazing, the ladies at the front desk are so nice and would return just for them!

- really friendly & helpful staff on the front desk.
- tours, laundry and scooter rental can be arranged at a good price.
- room & toilets/bathroom are very clean and the showers have hot water.
- nice upstairs area to relax and wonderful view from the balcony.
- big convenience store nearby that has everything plus local food stalls.
- this place had everything I needed and I wish I could have stayed in Labuan Bajo for longer.
