Hübsch eingerichtet, direkt in der Altstadt, sehr ruhig

Zuviel Bürokratie, Mietvertrag, Anmeldung mit Pass usw.es wurde Kaution verlangt, die auf ein Bankkonto überwiesen werden musste - für mich sehr umständlich war, hatte es bei der Buchung übersehen. In der Küche kein Handtuch und Spüllappen.Deshalb würde ich es nicht mehr buchen.

Place is dated. WIFI network and password information on door is outdated. I had to scan back of router to get Wifi to work. Heater was not turned on. I assume it was turned off to save energy. I have no issues with this except they should tell renter they need to turn on heater for hot water. Not as clean as I would have liked. The carpet in front of the tv felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was no mattress. There was a box spring with a layer of foam on top. Was not very comfortable. I woke up with a sore back every morning.

Lovely renovated apartment with all the amenities in the heart of the old town of Tallinn. The apartment was easy to find and the info for solo check in was great. It is next to a supermarket, a fantastic vegan restaurant and other nice restaurants. The main square is just around the corner. The bus stop to and from the port is in a very close walking distance, as well as the central train station with a great market place right behind it.

The apartment is newly renovated but, as it is located in the old town, it is in the 1st floor of an old building overlooking a small courtyard. Apart from the fact that everyone who enters the yard has a clear sight of the interior of the apartment, it is purely ventilated and humid also. Moreover, there was always a strong bad smell from the drainage system of the bathroom that, although we kept the bathroom door closed at all times, still it affected all the apartment. As for the mattress, it consists of different very soft pieces, which are not held together as one.

Washing machine had a very bad smell and was very loud. Black bold in bathroom ceiling. Coffee stains on kitchen counters. Checking-in instructions were partly incorrect. The property phone number of Dream Stay OÜ did not work, the 800-support number of apartments.com gave us the wrong door code.
