It was a great stay in a fantastic location. We had a amazing time and enjoyed our stay. And the hot tub, when you have it going, works like a charm and stays warm for a long time. You are so close to the main harties attractions and yet it feels like you are 100km away from anything. We realy loved it and would visit again...just not unit 1
To be honest we loved everything but i have some pet peeves. The first is, because unit 1 also has the storeroom, the staff are constantly just walking in and out of the property. The windows werent clean so made the whole place look dirty and it wasnt. Unexplained power cycles and again staff members just walking in to implament what ever cycle because the generator switch is next to the unit.

The service we received from Vincent made the stay worth while
The furniture was dated and worked in,
The were caps in doors that made place cold
Water in facility was sometimes not even luke warm.
Hot tub was not hot at all even after hours of trying
