Useful to visit daughter .

It was convenient to the centre. Parking was great.

The property needed painting and a bit of a clean . Towel rail dusty. No door gripper on bathroom . No wine glasses . Only one chipped side plate. Tv was poor ax was the WiFi . Ok for what we paid

Very convenient and handy but my partner was not happy.

Great location, parking, nice apartment with small kitchen appliances all new and clean.

Very tired in places, mould around bath, old, damaged toilet seat, Laminated flooring in living room failing at joints, some paintwork on walls badly damaged. Oven not clean from previous use. All this OK for me but not for my partner, who gave me some grief. At a minimum the bathroom needs renovating and in the living area the failing laminated floor replacing and the room redecorating - would be really nice then! But many people wouldn't care about this - not everywhere can be brand new. But cleaning the mould off the bath and replacing the toilet seat are relatively easy to do and failure to do it suggests a bigger problem.

Hotel/flat was in disrepair and showed bad hygiene As can be shown in photos the property there’s is a lot of disrepair and bad upkeep of the list below is to show what: - badly scraped/ damaged wall - Stain and dirty walls - Crack door in the kitchen - Broken switch in the kitchen - Dirty utensils including microwave, cooker and plates - Furniture that did not feel stable - Badly stained and tarnished carpets - Mouldy bath/should tiles and edges - Holes in the laminate flooring - Poor drainage water taking a long time to drain The photos will also show the lack of hygiene kept through out the property and the poor standards we have experience below is also a lair of this - hair on the couch - Dirty coffee table/glass stand - Dirty kitchen - dirty floors including the stained carpets - Dust, debris and dirt on the skirting boards throughout the property - Bed did not smell fresh one had some dirty and hair on - Dirty toilet - Hair in the bath - Mentioning again mould in the bathroom tiles Overall we are not satisfied with our stay I think charging £75 per night for such a badly kept, damaged property is not ok and in the condition the property is currently in it should not be available to rent until repairs are done, damaged items are replaced and it is cleaned and kept clean The layout and size of the property is really nice and I do believe it could be a very nice place to stay if property taking care of and maintain which I do not believe that it is As it is I’d rate the property and our stay a 3/10 and would not return, I will also he request a refund on this due to the sheer lack of hygiene alone

The flat needs a thorough deep clean, full refurbishment and decorating throughout. The bedding was stained. The small amount of crockery in the kitchen was cracked and chipped. There were no saucepans and the oven was dirty.

This could be a great place. needs a damn good clean and refurbishment. billed as for 4 people but only dining room chairs for 2! I could go on with the myriad of faults but I can't be bothered. so many, many faults. Get a GRIP! you have the potential for a fantastic business here. for goodness sake stay at some decent places and try to replicate it here.

Very little equipment was a 4 bed flat but only had 3 forks and bowls lots of other necessary utensils missing aswell

Glad it was only for one night.

Good location.

Property was not like the photos. Lots of paint missing on the walls and laminate flooring in the living room damaged. Bathroom was black with mould in the corners of the bath. Beds not as the pictures. Divan beds with boards under because they were broken. Old tv with no streaming service even though it was advertised as having it. Only wish I had taken photos it was so bad.

It did what I needed for the week.

Location was spot on parking was good 1 comfortable bed.

1 Broken bed, door handles missing, had to go and buy a sharp knife to cook as it was very sparse on all cooking equipment. Tv was unwatchable due to bad signal. In need of some tlc.

Could you be Dangerous

It was warm and a good size. Walking distance from the train station and town but also has parking.

The door handle came off on the inside of the bathroom door. If you had been able to close the door you would have been locked in. Plug in sink broken. Neither of the bedroom doors close. Cover on dimmer switch missing. Flooring in a poor state of repair. Grill pan dirty. Oven not spotless but useable. Lots of cupboards in the kitchen but very little in them, no wine glasses! Only one saucepan and a fry pan, no other equipment for cooking. Two chairs which are not very comfortable. One of the beds is old with flat pillows. Slight smell of damp when you walk in the back of the building. It faces a busy road so traffic noise but the bedrooms are in the back and quiet.

Difficult to find the actual apartment block to start with. That took some time. Using the key to gain entry to the apartment, (No. 5) proved very difficult. The door lock/mechanism is faulty. Took nearly half an hour to work out how to open the door. The apartment was extremely warm inside, and the radiator came on making it unbearably warm. The only way to turn it off was by taking out the wall fuse next to the radiator, turn off any central heating switches and turn off the main heating trip switch in the mains box. All were reset on departure. There was no running hot water in kitchen or bathroom, though the shower was good. The freezer was iced up. A tidy apartment. Location good.

Spacious central apartment

The apartment is spacious (two double bedrooms, big living room and kitchen) and very centrally located. Check in was easy and the staff replied to all questions and requests very promptly. Tea bags available in the kitchen! Overall, I think it is a good option if you don't want a fancy place to stay.

The apartment is not in its best state, with non-carpet floors in poor conditions (especially the bathroom one!) and some stained/chipped walls. I would have loved to find soaps in the bathroom (only hand soap provided), kitchen towels and something to prepare coffee (a cheap French press would work perfectly well!). In general kitchenware provided was very essential (the apartment can accommodate 4 people but dishware is provided for only 2. It was not a problem for me, traveling alone, so maybe they add things when more people are expected!). Colorful polyester bed linens are nice but can't give the guest an idea of how clean they are!

Just what I needed.

Great location. Cozy apartment. The parking spot was very nice to have.

We didn't know how to turn on the fridge or hot water as we are not from the area. Some instructions for that as well as the internet log in would have made the stay smoother. As it was, when we asked for each of those things via message, the host was gracious and provided the information with no fuss.

got told we cud book in at 3 was there at 2.30 got in cleaner did not come till 2.55 sink was still dirty when we got back in but apart from that cud not twist well apart from cud not use freezer as was just ower grown with ice and door wud not shut
