Northeastern parents listen up: this is our place until our son graduates in May ‘27. After that, you can take it over. It’s so convenient to campus, super comfortable, clean, and has everything you’ll need. We’ve been coming out for 4 years to visit our son and this is the one we will book again for any future visits.

Sure, the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, but welcome to city living and Lower Roxbury. Stop clutching your pearls; the people about are nice and you’re just a block from campus.

The property had lots of space. Truly felt like home away from home. All the amenities were great.
A little far from downtown area about 10 to 15 minutes.
