    We had a great stay overall! The room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit—a shoutout to the room service staff for great job. Our room has bath tub but too bad we didn’t have enough time to enjoy. Another major highlight was the delicious breakfast with variety choices of dishes. Night outing at Pano 24 Skybar, the assistant manager was kind enough to offer us a complimentary beverage to toast my sister’s birthday, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. The only downside was the check-out queue, which was super long—we waited almost 30 minutes. Luckily, once we reached the desk, the actual process was very fast since we had already settled the bill during check in and just needed claim back our deposits. Next to the hotel there’s family mart convenience store. There’s coach directly from taoyuan international airport at less than twd500 and it’s roughly 2 hours journey. The alighting point is directly opposite the hotel. Very convenient.

    Good location, great interiors. Room was very clean and basic necessities all available. The only downside was breakfast buffet did not have enough vegetarian options. I hope the hotel looks into this.

    I stayed at Le Meridien with my elderly parents during April. When we were checking in, we were greeted with a very rude member of staff Charles Hsieh, who made fun of my parents’ mandarin and smirked when my parents asked questions. Very discriminatory and unacceptable for an international hotel group. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
