The space
This is a top floor unit, which has so many advantages, you won't hear footsteps overhead. Steps are in 1/2 floor intervals with a landing every 7 steps. There are about 30 steps, similiar amount of steps to a beach house. When you arrive at the top and open the door, you will know it was worth the climb.

The entire condo is yours to use.

We do not use a golf cart and have no knowledge of the restrictions. Please contact the city of Edisto Beach for that information.
We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own!
Amenity passes may be purchased for up to 8 people in your party. They are sold at the Water’s Edge Cafe near the pool. Pass sales are limited. During the summer, it is recommended to arrive before 8:00 AM to purchase your pass.
