All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
The fireplace is not operational.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

Loved how nice everything was in the place. It worked perfectly for our family of 4. We typically stay somewhere else but would stay here over the other place moving forward.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Fairway Watch. It was a perfect spot for our family of four. The kitchen was updated with new appliances and plenty of amenities. The bathrooms were also newly updated. Nice and spacious floorplan with screened in porch and rockers! Lovely view of the 18th fairway. Easy drive to beach access! Great location near restaurants. This is 2nd story with a pretty steep flight of stairs just so you are aware, but it was manageable for everyone! Very reasonably priced for a long weekend! We would definitely go back!!

Enjoyed the accommodations. Nice remodel and quiet location. We visit the island often and the location, comfort and cleanliness of the property was perfect for us.
