An awe-inspiring view of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Lake Granby awaits at this five-bedroom home in the Rocky Mountains, stunningly situated among the treetops just outside the town of Grand Lake.
This is an alpine setting you'll return to year after year, where you can spend your days boating and fishing, exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, and skiing the renowned slopes of Winter Park Resort. It's an outdoor paradise for hikers, golfers, and winter sports enthusiasts, with big skies, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and activities in every direction.
The outdoor spaces make the most of the incredible view, including a covered deck on the first floor, an upper balcony that runs the length of the house, and an elevated deck where you can barbecue, dine alfresco, and marvel at your surroundings.
The heart of the home is the light-filled living room, which features a wall of windows framing the mountains, a smart TV, and a two-sided gas fireplace that also warms the dining room. Picture windows, skylights, and stainless steel appliances make for a beautiful kitchen as well. After dinner each evening, head downstairs to the den for a movie night, leave the day's clothes to spin in the laundry room, and indulge in a restful night's sleep in one of the five bedrooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Scenery was wonderful & vrbo was spacious with ample bedrooms & bathrooms. Loved the peace & quiet. Wished there was a ceiling fan & closet in the king br and a fan in the lr. Broken cabinet door in the kitchen & the screens need to be replaced by the dr table, kept falling off. We enjoyed the firepit on the deck where we did s'mores. Would book again if repairs and updates made. Overall a great experience!

My friends and I stayed for the fourth and it was perfect. They had wine and glasses set up, a cute note, and the table set when we walked in. The house size was perfect as well and the views were gorgeous!!! The house was super clean and updated and they had pretty much anything we needed or forgot. Wi-Fi isn’t great but there were also quite a few of us on it and we didn’t need it in the beautiful nature anyway!! 100/10😊😊

Cleaner than expected based on a previous review, but not well maintained. Clogged tub, broken door knob, two leaking showers and a dead battery in the smoke detector. Also, the Christmas tree was still up when we visited in July.
