Beautiful home with a screened in pool just 25 minutes from Disney World.

My family and I stayed at the property for 10 nights from May 1-11,2025. The communication with the property manager Ray was great. We received a message a couple of days before check in advising us of the process and the code to the front door. Upon arriving at the house, everything was clean and stocked. We were very pleased with all of the features the home contained. We did notice that the tv in the main living room would not connect to the internet so we were unable to watch anything for the first few days. I then messaged Ray who came by and provided us with a fire stick. A couple of days later when trying to cook a meal, we noticed the stove wouldn’t work and the bbq ran out of propane. Ray came over again and replaced the propane tank. However, the gas was not fixed and we went without hot water and the ability to use the stove for the remainder of our trip. Also when trying to do laundry we could only wash small loads or the washer would make a terrible scratching sound.Aside from the appliance issues, which did all look very new, the home was a great size, had lots of space and was very comfortable. The pool area is the highlight of the home with great entertaining space, lounging area and dining space. We would book this home again but we have noticed the new owners have significantly increased the booking price to 3 times what we paid this year for the same time next year. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property is as the pictures show but needs some maintenance. Pool area in particular needs attention. Pool netting is significantly damaged, we had to duct tape panels back into place. There are weeds growing through the net damaging it and there is something nesting at the rear of the property which has caused large mounds of dirt which are leaning on the netting and leading to this ending up in the pool making it dirty frequently. Unfortunately there is no pool net/hoover to clean this yourself and you have to wait for the pool cleaner. We had some difficulties with the property code - Vrbo stated property manager would provide this but we did not receive this. Property manager responded quickly when I contacted him but would advise anyone booking to check this in the days before your stay to avoid delays in getting the code.Estate the villa is on is great, lovely and quiet. Great location with the i4 close by but be prepared Disney is not 25 minutes from the property due to traffic. Some days it could take over an 30 minutes just to get through champions gate to join the I4.the 192 was similar with traffic too.There are lots of shopping and food places within a short drive.Cleanliness - the villa was ok but we needed to mop the floors on arrival as they were not very clean and the bins had not been emptied. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped.Overall an enjoyable stay but property does need some TLC

Very clean, nice pool area, near of everything but two things, 1st beds are too soft and 2nd thing miss pool vacuum to clean it.

We had a lovely stay. The only downside was the limited amount of toilet paper, we ran out on our last day, no hand towels for the kitchen, no broom to sweep up after our son and the washing machine was squeaking so loudly that our autistic son had major issues we the noise. Other than that it's a bit far from the Disney parks because of the horrible traffic but it's a nice quiet place to stay and we'd stay again.
