Welcome to this stunning, contemporary home in Laurel Estates, built in 2019 and designed with modern elegance and open-plan living spaces. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 luxurious bathrooms, this home is perfect for large families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway.
The house is thoughtfully furnished with high-end pieces throughout, ensuring both style and comfort in every room. The two-story home features expansive living areas, including an inviting open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a fun-filled games room. There's also a cozy den on the second floor for additional relaxation.
Main Floor Highlights:
As you enter, the open-plan layout creates an immediate sense of space. The stylish sitting area is complete with comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV. This area leads directly to the outdoor pool deck, where you'll find a magnificent designer pool and spa, along with a spacious covered lanai featuring a large dining table and chairs. The pool area is the perfect spot for unwinding, enjoying the sunshine, and making family memories.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts an oversized island that doubles as a breakfast bar and informal dining area. With granite countertops, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area offers ample space for family meals. The large pantry offers plenty of storage, and the garage has been thoughtfully converted into a games room, complete with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball table.
For added convenience, there's a ground floor half bathroom, as well as the first of the five bedrooms. This Queen-sized bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, providing a private and comfortable retreat.

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy den with a sofa, a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and PC, perfect for catching up on emails or relaxing in front of a favorite show.
The spacious Master suite is a highlight of this floor, featuring a King-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and an oversized shower.
A full size bedroom and two charming rooms featuring a bunk bed in one and a pyramid bunk bed in the other, offer ample space for everyone in your group. All bedrooms on the second floor include Smart TVs for entertainment.
The family bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor, along with a laundry room complete with a large washer and dryer, plus extra storage and a separate laundry sink.

Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

We've rented many properties over the years and would like to share our honest opinion on this one.
Pros - the pool was very nice, great for small children. Supposedly it was to be cleaned every week but in the 8 days we were there it was not. The kitchen and dining area were great - nice & large for many people. The home was clean although the toilet paper holder in the master bath was only half attached to the wall and the towel holder fell off immediately. The neighborhood was nice - there were two playgrounds within walking distance that we took advantage of.
Cons - The AC in the home was frustrating to say the least. There was no way to override the 72 degree setting even though we called the managers for permission. It was warm in the house, especially at night. The main level bedroom would get 75 degrees at night. We had to continually run fans in the rooms. There was not a ceiling fan in the property to help move the air. This is the first rental property that we have ever used that doesn't supply a grill. It doesn't say that there is one on the property so we inquired about it. We were offered one for $140 a week! We were told that there was no upcharge on that even though when we got in the home they offered one in the home book for $80 per week which we had also found before we got there. We inquired about getting into the home early but were offered a $40 for each 2 hour early time period. The good outweighed the bad overall hence we still gave it 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It’s modern and well finished with all the amenities you need for your stay (including lots of kitchen utensils). Pool and hot tub area is large and nicely laid out with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Easy access to I4 and the theme parks makes this a great choice. To top it off the property managers were very kind and responsive to the few questions we had.

We had an amazing time at this property ! It was so nicely set up and clean! It was very well stocked in the kitchen and for bath towels and beach towels! The pool had plenty of toys for the kids to play with! We 100-% will be booking again! Thank you so much!

It was a nice place to stay. I had two 4 year olds who enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms were nice a comfortable with storage everywhere. I will be staying here again.
