Meet our cosy and renovated 2-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Lisbon, in a charming area of the city. With an area of 95.35 m², the apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and welcoming stay for families and friends.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with 4 beds in total, including 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There is also 1 extra bed. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub.
The kitchen is independent and equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, among others. There are also cooking utensils available.
The apartment has air conditioning, central heating and high speed Wi-Fi access, ensuring comfort during your stay. There is also a TV with International and Portuguese channels.
Parking only at a payed public park, 3 minutes away walking. Parking on the street not available.
We have in person check in or the option for a self check in also.
The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, beaches, parks and other points of interest. The airport is only 7 km away.

The Good:The apartment is a beautiful flat on the 3rd (4th for Americans) floor with huge bright windows and several balconies. It was great to have a second bedroom for the kids and everyone slept well in their beds. The place is incredibly walkable and right next to a major train and metro hub so day trips are easy. There's an elevator so you can get your bags upstairs and a clothes washer. The communication from Luis and Joao was excellent and Joao was kind enough to meet us there when we checked in and give us recommendations. They were responsive when we needed things and gave us a lovely welcoming basket. Five stars for their service!The not as good:To be clear this place has everything you need and will be a nice stay. But for the price, it felt sparce. My biggest complaint is that there was no dressers in either room so no place to unpack for our week long stay. There were exactly four towels, four (not that comfortable) seats in the living room, and several blank walls. It didn't feel like a cozy place to unwind and live in at the end of the day, but more of a landing place for your adventures. Overall, I think this is a very good place to stay, and a great host, but for the price, I might look for somewhere that felt more homey next time.

The apartment was as represented. It is in a very central, walkable location, with many restaurants, shops, etc. nearby. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and everything worked. Pre-trip communication was smooth, including arrangement for airport transfer (even though our flight was late). In-person check-in and orientation was friendly and helpful. The space is light, and the small balcony was a nice feature. I highly recommend this property.

Very central, cosy, quiet location in Lisboa. Walkable to everything and many restaurant choices. Management company was helpful and quick to reply when we had questions. Second bedroom is tight, but kitchen is well equiped and sunlight fills the main area. It gets loud on the street, but the new windows help immensely.

I had a delightful stay in Lisbon at this perfect apartment. The property managers I worked with - Martin and Andre' - couldn't have been better. Great, speedy communication, and a very thorough visit about the apartment and neighborhood upon my arrival. The space is absolutely charming and clean, and its in a great spot in Lisbon - multiple bus lines and a Metro stop are minutes away. A tip from the neighborhood - try the bifana sandwich at "Bifanas Do Afonso." SO delicious. Thank you for the terrific visit!
