About this house rental

Cosy, comfortable chalet "Amphora", detached. 3 houses in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Cortona, residential area (villas), 10 km from the lake. For shared use: property 2 ha (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Private: garden 200 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. 100 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Camucia" 4 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Castiglion Fiorentino 13 m, Castiglion Del Lago 14 km, Passignano sul Trasimeno 20 km, Montepulciano 28 km, Arezzo 30 m, Pienza 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
