Comfortable seating welcomes casual downtime in the living room. Cable-equipped smart TVs in each room offer flexible home entertainment.

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place with outstanding views of the Gulf. The condo was very clean and the bedrooms and bathroom were well furnished and the beds very comfortable.

We loved the different views of the Gulf from multiple windows. The three bedrooms were furnished with outstanding beds. Also, all of the bathrooms were large and the whole condo was very clean.

View of the ocean was awesome and available from almost every room in the condo! The best part of our stay was the large rooms and the fantastic view from almost anywhere in the condo! Fabulous!
The worst part was the tiny cramped parking spaces. It was so difficult and frustrating to get in and out of parking.
The condo needs some updates as well as far as the wobbly squeaky bunk beds, living room furniture (no couch and only seating for 3 because only 3 recliners), need new blankets, rugs, etc.
no oven for cooking. Only had a “cooking” microwave which we made work but nothing like having a real oven, and much smaller.
The coffee pot was actually a Keurig, so we had to buy a pot while we were there.
