Matic Tour As / Comfy, renovated studio by Ljubljanica river, close to old town

Apartment is situated in peaceful area on the outskirts of the old town, on Tesarska ulica. It is on the fifth floor without an elevator access. To Preseren square and Three Bridges is only about 1km long walk along the river Ljubljanica.

Apartment was recently renovated. It has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilette. The kitchen is fully equipped with glass-ceramic stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery and dinning table for two. From the kitchen we enter to bedroom with living area. There are double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe, comfortable leather sofa and writing desk. The apartment also offers a wi-fi internet access, washing machine iron with ironing board, hair dryer.

The nearest grocery store is only 50 m away and different lovely bars are short walk away. Ljubljana Airport is a 30-minute drive away. There is no private parking, only payable public options on the street around the apartment building.

Arrivals take place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures up to 10:00, unless agreed upon otherwise. For late arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 there is an additional cost of 25 EUR, for night arrival from 23:00 to 7:00 there is an additional cost of 50 EUR. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know about it in advance.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
