About this house rental
This is Daytona's only 5 star resort. This ocean front unit has miles of breathtaking views. This unit was recently remodeled with all new granite counters, new ceiling fans and a new light fixture in the kitchen. The bedroom boasts upscale bedding to maximize comfort during your stay. If you want an upscale beach feel, you are looking in the right place.
The master bedroom features 2 queen sized beds with inviting beach decor. The living room continues the beachy feel of the bedroom with a large ocean front balcony. The couch in the living room opens into a queen sleeper to maximize occupancy. There is a full kitchen opening into the living room, so everyone has an ocean view. This kitchen has everything you need so just go pick up the groceries. The unit also has it's own washer and dryer. Every room has it's own TV with cable. The living room features a flatscreen TV for winding down after a long day of fun in the sun.
With free secure private parking and walking distance to the Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you don't need to go any where once your here. The amenities available to guests are amazing. From the massive ocean front heated pool, to the lazy river, to the hot tubs and kid splash and of course the beach, there will be plenty of ways for you to and your family to relax and enjoy the in the sun in style. The onsite Ocean Walk shoppes and restaurants are guaranteed to entertain. There is a movie theater when you are ready for a break from the sun, and so many restaurant options including Bubba Gump Shrimp and Sloppy Joe's. Its truly a great place to make long lasting memories.
Per the resort, the minumum age to rent is 21. Also, local guests from Daytona, Ormond, or Holly Hill Florida will be refused check in at the resort due to recent incidents related to locals throwing parties.

We have stayed at Ocean Walk many times. This condo was the best so far. Communication about any issues was immediate and quickly fixed including a new toaster. Host was very friendly and responded to messages right away. We really enjoyed our stay here, and the view of the ocean was breathtaking.

We loved the property, room, pool and the views! Many businesses and food choices in walking distance. Starbucks on site and always friendly staff. Second year at OceanWalk and loved every minute!

Beautiful place, updated, clean. We splurged on this place, saying the beachfront & beautiful pool were worth the extra expense. I would recommend it in the off-season, but never for busy spring break type weeks. The tide was so high when we were there that beach space was almost always wet or non-existent during our stay. We were there during spring break & I cannot believe how busy the pool was. There were 2 mornings where there were lines (& lines) of people waiting at 7:30 am to get onto the pool deck to reserve a chair. The owners side of the building was allowed on the deck first (picture people running and throwing towels), leaving no chairs for the rental units. We were left to hound chairs and security guards hoping to find a 'reserved' one that was not claimed for 15 minutes or more, then wait for the guards to remove belongings so we could use 1 chair for 6 in my family. When reaching out to the property manager to give him feedback, he suggested that we get out there a 'little earlier', or rent chairs for the beach. I didn't feel like he was hearing me, the situation was crazy-I had never seen such mahem. An offer to send a few chairs to our unit would have been appreciated as a gesture of goodwill. The rest of the days were unseasonable windy and cold, solving the pool problem. We had two of our new towels stolen on the owner's side-we found out that the rental side has security cameras and the owners side does not-so there was nothing to be done to recover them.
