Loved the location according to our need to be at Ocean Center and also want a beach view.
The smell on floor 16 was often very stinky from the trash!

The location was excellent, right on the boardwalk and close to the pier. The resort pool area and activities were fun for the whole family, i also like the security onsite to ensure that only people staying at the hotel had access to it. I also like that the room had a kitchen and was comfortable for a family.
The room definitely needs some upgrades. The kitchen and bathroom especially and the beds were not not comfortable, especially the sofa bed.
