The home was clean and smelled great upon checkin! My daughter loved the front yard which has been converted to a sandy play area. There is a playroom with a gametable which my daughter enjoyed as well. The homeowner was such a delight! She is a massage therapist and you receive a free massage! If your a small family with children check this place out! Very budget friendly! We will be returning!

Disappointed with condition of property. Musty smell and dirty carpet. Overhead lights flickered when air conditioner kicked on.
Positives were new Washer and Refrigerator.
