Our "Wohlfühlhaus" is a cozy, modernly furnished vacation home idyllically situated on the edge of the forest. It’s ideal for families with children and/or dog lovers, as it offers plenty of space in and around the house to enjoy a carefree vacation. The vacation home is located in the forest vacation village of Regen in the Bavarian Forest, in the Arber region. Our house is situated right on the outskirts of the village. It was built in the 1990s using a wood-frame construction method and was renovated and modernized in 2023. The upscale and cozy furnishings in a modern country-house style create an atmosphere where you can feel at ease and unwind. The rooms are bright and feature exposed beams, which give the house its special charm verleiht.Im The living room has a wood-burning stove for a cozy ambiance—firewood is included. In the garden, you’ll find the newly built Fassauna and the large, covered relaxation area with a direct view of the adjacent forest. This quiet, very cozy house—located on the outskirts of town—features two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A travel crib and a separate mattress are also available. On the first floor is a very comfortably furnished living room with a lovely wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped kitchen-diner with a new dining area and access to the patio. The entryway features a coat closet, a large hallway, a storage room, a small restroom, and the staircase. Upstairs are the two spacious bedrooms with double beds, one of which opens onto the balcony. The bedrooms were completely renovated in 2023 and furnished with new furniture. Between the bedrooms is the large bathroom with a shower. All rooms feature exposed beams, which give the house its unique character. The main entrance is located right next to the parking spaces. On the west side, the house features a spacious terrace with comfortable patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. The garden now includes a private cube-shaped sauna with a spacious, covered relaxation terrace overlooking the adjacent forest. In February 2024, an infrared heat cabin will also be installed in the wellness cabin. This facility is reserved exclusively for guests of the Maria vacation home and the neighboring vacation home. From the gardens of the houses, you can step directly into the adjacent forest to experience the tranquility of nature, relax, go for a walk, or let the children explore the woods—whether by collecting moss and rocks, playing pinecone toss, or playing hide-and-seek. For families, a high chair, a crib, and various games are available. There is also a children’s playground in the forest vacation village. For dog owners, two food bowls are provided, and walks can begin right from the front door. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer: 40% four weeks after booking is confirmed, 60% four weeks before the start of your stay. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. The keys are stored in a key safe, ensuring flexible check-in. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate guests five and six, while the extra mattress serves as the seventh sleeping spot. A travel crib for toddlers is also available. Additional options: Pets are allowed and warmly welcome. Fee: 5 EUR per day/pet. A linens package (bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, guest towels, dish towels, dishcloths) can be booked upon request. Fee: 14 EUR per person (one-time fee). Sauna and relaxation area, including cleaning: 50 EUR one-time fee per week. Infrared heat cabin and relaxation area: 30 EUR one-time fee per week. Visitor’s tax: Adults 1.95 EUR per person/night, children ages 6 and up 1.15 EUR per person/night Included services: Final cleaning, electricity, heat, water, Wi-Fi, parking, peace & nature. Bed linens and towels are not provided. A 40% prepayment is due 4 weeks after booking. The remaining 60% is due 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
