The clubhouse features an indoor pool and hot tubs, a gym, tennis court, shared grills and more. You and your group will love this place!
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families or groups of up to six people. The living area features plenty of seating, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV – it’s a great area to relax and catch a movie or the morning snow report. The kitchen has large granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals for your group, with seating for eight at the dining table.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and private garage parking for two smaller vehicles or one large vehicle, plus one outside parking place. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Very clean, fairly well stocked kitchen. Good location near Frisco, Dillon & Silverthorn. Nice view of lagoon from condo. Kitchen could use some wine glasses & at least 2 barstools. There are no chairs to allow sitting on balconies

This place was excellent for the space and location. Also the property manager was a great communicator and responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. But, the furniuture was old and not great. The beds were uncomfortable and the foam and springs in the couches were shot. Also the kitchen was not well stocked, we had to make a trip to Wallmart to buy a strainer/collendar to drain the spegaettt we cooked for dinner.
