In a quiet community near downtown, this condo is the perfect base camp from which to explore Summit County. Sway on the swinging sofa on the back deck and admire views of the lush marshland across from your condo. In winter, travel just minutes to world-famous ski resorts. You’ll find hiking and biking trails outside your front door in warmer months. Travel one mile to the Frisco Bay Marina to rent a boat on the scenic Dillon Reservoir.
Located on the ground floor, this sunny single-level condo features a wood-burning fireplace with stone surround, bringing the warm ambience of an upscale chalet to the living area. Curl up on the plush queen sofa bed and stream movies on the 60” TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A large island offers additional preparation space and seats. When it’s time to eat, share hearty meals around the table in the dining area.
The bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms. Sip morning coffee on the balcony in the primary bedroom.
Amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice little condo close to copper mountain . Very comfortable lodging and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Main Street is just a few minutes drive for more restaurant options. The base board heaters are a little noisy at night if it’s really cold out but we used some earplugs. Comfy couch and nice tv for watching March madness in the evening.

Amazing stay! The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
