Relax in this peaceful SoKno Hillside Haven Home. Some features of this 1950's home, like the original floors and doors, keep it's original charm. While the kitchen and bathroom have been updated to modern convenience and style. The comfortable living room has a mid modern style and open feel. This convenient location means 9 minutes from UT, Neyland Stadium, and Downtown. A mile from Baker's Creek Preserve for mountain biking/hiking and close to the rest of Knoxville's urban wilderness.
The space
You will love this comfortable home away from home! Perfect for a couple or a family of four in includes two bedrooms, one bath, and an open family room / kitchen.
The home includes a well-equipped Kitchen, with an eat-in area large enough for 4-6. Coffee can be made with the Keurig, the french press pot, or the drip machine. Plenty of plates, cups, mugs, and utensils.
The mid modern living room has seating for 5 in comfy leather couches plus a retro chair. The big screen 4K TV has Roku with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and other options available for free. Enjoy the guitar if you wish (in Tennessee orange, of course...)
The first bedroom boasts a medium firm 10inch Queen bed with ultimate motion isolation because of individually wrapped pocket coils Mattress. It also includes a desk for work, a dresser, and a closet for guest use. Both side tables and desk have convenient power and USB outlets for charging.
The second bedroom is dressed for game day, complete with a rocky top banjo, orange bedspreads, and UT flags. There are two comfy twin beds here with a bedside table between.
Relax on the front porch and enjoy the sunset and the peaceful surroundings.

Access to the entire home. Unfinished basement garage/shed is for owner use only, but for week long stays this is negotiable.
Other things to note
Location is 3 minutes to Kroger, restaurants, and other shopping. There is a bus that goes downtown via Chapman highway (Bus 41).

Thanks to Jason for the great communication and experience. Just south of downtown made it easy to get everywhere we needed. Will definitely consider this place again next time I stay in Knoxville!
