Be very careful with booking this place. The apartment is lovely and very well positioned BUT- after paying booking.com(bc) in full I was then charged 100 euros (£88.99). I queried this with bc and I received a reply saying it was a damage waiver, and if all was okay I would receive it back within 7 days of departing. I chased bc numerous times when I didn’t get the refund, eventually I received something from the company holding the deposit. We returned from Spain on the 15 June and after several emails to this ‘deposit’ company I had £73.37 credited back to my account on 8 July-23 days after we left Spain. This was backed up by a screenshot which also showed the account balance after my payment- they had over €60,000 in the account! To make matters worse they deducted €12 for using some extra towels which we never touched and now I don’t receive replies from them when I query this deduction. Be VERY VERY careful booking this-I just wonder how many people have not checked the deposit has been refunded , or can’t do with all the hassle if they have not been refunded.€60,000 worth possibly?

The property was well used, wash hand basin was cracked limited hot water ran out at different times of the day no plugs in wash hand basin or sink had to purchase bowls Sofa was torn and dirty, end panel on the desk damaged and wardrobe doors could do with a coat paint Fridge freezer box door missing and frozen up

Right next to the beach Modern apartment Nice balcony Coffee maker and pods and sugar was nice touch

Noise from local bars till 2-3am - karaoke singing /partying Guests sitting on benches in hotel grounds till 3am talking loudly Could not sleep returned home shattered Twin beds. One bed was average comfort. Other one sags badly. Large cracks in wash hand basin-needs replacing Remote control was missing so unable to watch my Firestick on the tv in evenings . As a solo traveller this was a BIG issue for me and spoiled my stay here badly. Had I known I would not have booked it Two towels left for me. One was stained with hole. Freezer section of fridge unusable for food/ice cream as door missing Very disappointing and no apology
