It’s location
The property was well used, wash hand basin was cracked limited hot water ran out at different times of the day no plugs in wash hand basin or sink had to purchase bowls
Sofa was torn and dirty, end panel on the desk damaged and wardrobe doors could do with a coat paint

Communication from the very start was exceptional! The apartment is beautiful and in a prime location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no faults 🙂

Right next to the beach
Modern apartment
Nice balcony
Coffee maker and pods and sugar was nice touch
Noise from local bars till 2-3am - karaoke singing /partying
Guests sitting on benches in hotel grounds till 3am talking loudly
Could not sleep returned home shattered
Twin beds. One bed was average comfort. Other one sags badly.
Large cracks in wash hand basin-needs replacing
Remote control was missing so unable to watch my Firestick on the tv in evenings . As a solo traveller this was a BIG issue for me and spoiled my stay here badly. Had I known I would not have booked it
Two towels left for me. One was stained with hole.
Freezer section of fridge unusable for food/ice cream as door missing
Very disappointing and no apology
