It was very close to where our friends were staying. Very comfortable beds and large bathroom. Nice little patio.
This may look like a lot but only minor issues.There weren't any drinking glasses, only 4 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. The hot/cold setting in the shower was backwards and took us a day to figure it out. Bunk bed room has no ventilation, there was a fan that worked but make sure the door stays open with the fan in the doorway blowing in. I opened the door on the first morning and it was like a sauna in there. The TV is complicated, couldn't get any local stations (ABC, CBS...) to watch the news. We couldn't figure it out. The grill was very dirty and no grill cleaning tools. Luckily we weren't planning on using it since we were meeting friends at their beach house. Overall, our stay was great.
