I loved the lock box feature to get the keys. Getting into the apartment was fine too. The elevator was broke but that wasn’t too much of an issue. The apartment itself was amazing and so damn comfortable! The best feature to me was lil QR videos on how to use the appliances like the oven or Coffee machine! Thought that was genius. The host also accommodated an extra last min night which was greatly appreciated! The communication as well was consistent and amazing too made me feel more comfortable if I had any issues!

I’m a very self sufficient person and I like respecting the apartments I stay in the only think I wish there was more of was bin bags but that’s honestly it I just wanted to take care of the amazing apartment more but that’s it!
