Lokalita je super – kousek od všeho důležitého, obchody i restaurace blízko. Byt je moderně zařízený, klimatizace fungovala skvěle a postel byla pohodlná. Oceňujeme také rychlou komunikaci s majitelem, vždy odpověděl a snažil se problémy řešit.

Během pobytu se objevily drobné problémy – výtah a myčka nefungovaly hned od začátku, ale byly postupně opraveny. Úklidová služba jednou vůbec nepřišla v domluvený den, až po urgenci dorazili další den, ale uklidili jen chodbu a kuchyň, ostatní místnosti zůstaly neuklizené. Rozkládací gauč byl pro dvě osoby hodně malý a nepohodlný na spaní.

L’appartamento è davvero grande e ben fornito di tutto, spazi ampi divano letto e letto comodo. Per quello che è servito a tre ragazze per un soggiorno studio direi che è perfetto. Motivo per cui lo consiglio come soggiorno.

Aspetti negativi sono i condizionatori che a 30 gradi non riscaldavano nulla, la polpa dell’acqua acqua che doveva essere azionata prima di fare la doccia sennò niente acqua (abbiamo dovuto chiedere perché non ci era stato detto nulla). Il posto in generale era pulito, ma non sui comodini, né sui ripiani o il tavolo. Per quanto riguarda il wifi abbiamo avuto un po’ di problemi ad accedere alla rete perché non esisteva quella comunicataci.
