Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines mehrstöckigen Hauses. Die Ausstattung ist gut und vor allem auch für Hunde geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Nordsee entfernt. In der Anlage gibt es zwei Ladestationen für E-Autos.
Im Bad gibt es nur eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Das ist für Menschen mit Gelenkproblemen eher ungeeignet und sollte auf alle Fälle in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden.
