Locatie
Ik moest extra kosten betalen wat werd aangegeven als schoonmaakkosten, maar deze zat al bij de prijs in toen ik boekte. Daarna noemde ze het arbeidskosten. Dit werd niet vermeld en hierdoor werd mijn verblijf stuk duurder dan ik had verwacht. Daarnaast moest ik ook extra betalen voor bedden en handdoeken, ook dit stond niet vermeld en moest ik zelf achteraan gaan. Ook nu weer extra kosten gemaakt. Als dit allemaal goed was aangegeven had ik een weloverwogen keuze kunnen maken, nu was ik verplicht om alle extra kosten te betalen.
