The only positive point is really the location

We arrived in the apartment and it was super dirty. Also, the condition of the furniture is really bad. We complained about the dirtiness and after that a cleaning woman just entered our house without ringing the bell. She cleaned only what we sent in the photos, but that was just a small example of all the dirt that was there and she still didn’t clean. We also notified the owner that some lights were not working good and they never helped us with that. The property is managed by a company that holds more than 200 properties. The staff really doesn’t care about the experience of the guests and are not considering any of the support messages that we left. Never book this apartment or any other from home match.
