Not sure about the location. I wouldn’t return to St Nazaire

It was very comfortable and spacious.

The apartment was on the second floor and the entry hall was dismal. Didn’t like the pillows. They were very flat and really needed two. Considering that the French eat a lot of bread, there was no bread knife. When we arrived, there were no toilet rolls and we had to go out and find a shop to buy some!

Apartment was nice but I have visited much nicer places in France than St. Nazaire. Will not be back

There is no lift to the apartment but the stairs even for a fairly fit person they are a killer. First morning I plugged in the toaster it took out all the power in the apartment. Rang the agent and he said he would be over in an hour he didn't show up so I went looking for the box myself and got the power back on. Rang him and told I got it fixed but he would need to bring a replacement toaster. Like him it never showed up. The day before we were due to leave he sent me a text complaining I didn't leave the keys in the box but then he realised we were not leaving until the next day. Not very professional.

Excellent stay in St Nazaire. Lovely seafront and interesting museum, submarine base and industrial heritage

Clean, smart and had everything necessary. Good location 3 minute walk from the supermarket and submarine base. Private parking a bonus

On 2nd floor so not so good for people with mobility issues

Vollständig ausgestattete, zentral gelegene Wohnung. Dusche schön renoviert. Parkplatz im Hof, was angesichts des Stadtzentrums von St. Nazaire beruhigend war.

Als wir zur vereinbarten Zeit ankamen, war die Wohnung noch nicht geputzt. Die Reinigungskraft kam um 19:30 Uhr und war in wenigen Minuten mit dem Putzen der ganzen Wohnung fertig. Zwei Tage roch es im Treppenhaus stark nach Kanalisation. Das Rollo im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen und wurde auch nicht repariert. Die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers (Sofa, Teppich) könnte dringend eine Reinigung vertragen. Am Freitagabend kamen aus der Wohnung oberhalb ständige, laute Geräusche (eine Feier?), die bis 3:30 Uhr anhielten.

Très bon séjour !

Emplacement impeccable. On accède au centre ville et aux lieux principaux de visite très rapidement. Le parking est très pratique. Appartement clair et grand pour deux personnes. Très bien équipé.

Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le volet roulant de la chambre qui était bloqué . Donc révéillée tôt à cause de la lumière mais c'est je pense un souci ponctuel qui ne remet pas en cause la qualité de l'appartement.

Wir waren 2 Tage im Appertement, alles perfekt.

Schöne grosse Wohnung, alles was man braucht. Perfekt auch der private Parkplatz. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

toujours un plaisir de revenir dans cet appartement, on se sent comme chez nous. on peut tous faire à pied et même les transports. Roseline est toujours là en cas de besoin, souriante,, agréable, je recommande vivement cet appartement et je compte bien y revenir rapidement

Séjour parfait dans ce logement très agréable.

Logement très agréable, calme, décoré avec goût, spacieux, tout confort, très bien équipé, propre, idéalement situé pour sa proximité avec les commerces, de la plage et disposant d un emplacement de parking.

Juste un problème d'isolation dans la salle de bain... on sentait bien le froid côté fenêtre 🤔

Ie store de la chambre était bloqué. La douche 1 peu bouchée. Pas de couteaux aiguisés pour couper .et fourchettes qui ne piquent pas .tt ceci sont des détails. L'appartement était très bien .

Leuk en schoon appartement met goede voorzieningen

Ruim appartement voorzien van goede faciliteiten., goed onderhouden en schoon. Ligt midden in het centrum

Toegang krijjgen bij aankomst komt wat ingewikkeld over, maar instructies die je kort vooraf toegestuurd krijgt, zijn helder. Gewoon stappenplan volgen. Eigenaar geeft aan eventuele schade te verhalen op borgsom, maar geen probleem mee gehad. Blijkbaar heeft eigenaar ook andere ervaringen met hoe t appartement na vertrek achtergelaten wordt. Hal en trappenhuis komen wat rommelig over, maar dat zegt niets over t appartement zelf.
