If the apartment were properly managed or not rented out due to faults, it would be a great choice for those who want to

cozy, comfortable accommodation in the city center

The problems started before I even got to the apartment. The code sent from the key box was incorrect. I had to spend about 20 minutes outside until I called the administrator. I specifically chose an apartment with a whirlpool bath, I wanted to relax after a long trip, but it turned out that the whirlpool bath was not working. When trying to use the shower, I noticed that there was no hot water, after contacting the administrator it was explained that there was hot water, it just needed to be adjusted with the pliers that are in the cabinet. After a good half an hour, I managed to adjust the required water temperature. After a long trip, this really caused a lot of inconvenience.

So disappointed. We were keen to get outside, out of the place.

The size was suitable.

The bedding was dirty with blood stains the rooms smelt of damp,and mould, the enclosed toilet had no working fan. The kitchen had residual of other peoples food, the dishes were dirty, the jets on the bath had scum and dirt, The outside area had cobweb and dirty ashtray there was a damp musty smell on the towels and bedding. The bedside rug was filthy. The door lock was not easy to open with the key, and was difficult both getting in and out. One time we were unable to get out of the room for 15 minutes, as the lock was jammed locked. Which is very concerning when you are in City a long way from home. The tap for the kitchen was temperamental and was sporadically working. We had no water in the kitchen for one of the two day stay.

Good but can be improved

Value for money considering we decided to book quite late. Great location close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the sea. Confortable strongly recommending this accomodation for a couple.

Not great for a family with a young kid, no drying rack for dishes and clothes, missing a toaster too.

Séjour à deux à Saint-Nazaire

L'emplacement, le baignoire, le lave linge, la bouilloire, la machine à café et le frigo.

L'humidité, l'odeur de l'humidité, la terrasse car la pluie passe à travers, le manque de vaisselle et des couverts nécessaires, la lumière dans le couloir qui passe à travers la porte même malgré le rideau, peu d'espace.

Ville agréable qui compense le logement assez décevant en terme de prestations.

Difficulté pour récupérer les clés. Ménage non fait. Poubelle non vidée. Pas de patère ni d'étagère dans la salle de bains. Le sol n'était pas nettoyé.

Très agréable moment passé dans ce lieu

Très bien aménagé ce petit appartement est cosi et agréable

La balnéo est un peu vieillissante, elle fonctionne bien mais les joints sont abîmés et la douchette semble ne pas tenir. La proximité de la terrasse du voisin pas totalement occulté. La porte de la cour pour accéder au logement ne ferme pas bien. Toutes les clefs sont les mêmes un code couleur pourrait être mis en place.

Un appartement agréable mais un immeuble un peu humide

L'appartement est bien situé dans la ville et la chambre est agréablement aménagé, de bon goût. Contrairement à d'autres personnes, je n'ai pas eu de souci concernant le ménage, l'appartement était propre. L'arrivée et le départ en autonomie est aussi appréciable et permet plus de flexibilité. L'immeuble est calme, la rue moins mais c'est normal vu que c'est une des rues principales du centre ville. Par contre, ça offre un accès rapide aux transports en commun et a des épiceries, bulgare, asiatique et créole. C'est une bonne expérience quand on profite de la ville la journée et on dort le soir à l'appartement.

Le problème principal ne vient pas tellement de l'appartement - c'était une chambre avec lit double sans option spa - mais de l'espace commun. Le couloir au rez-de-chaussée menant à l'appartement a vite une odeur d'humidité si celui-ci n'est pas aéré dans la journée... Ce qui est dommage. On peut aussi reprocher un manque de couverts et en nombre limité : il n'y a pas de ciseaux, de pinces de préhension pour la cuisine. Un étendage aurait été top.

Peu faire mieux

Le logement est fonctionnel,

La moisissure sur le mur de la fenêtre et dans la salle de bain. Une odeur nauséabonde se dégage de l'évier de la cuisine. Le réfrégirateur était sale à mon arrivée. Je pense qu'il faut nettoyer tous cela !

Inadmissible de proposer cette location

Appartement bruyant car côté rue et pas de volets. La cage d'escalier était très sale. Odeur de tabac froid dans tout le logement, c'était irrespirable. La couette, les oreillers et les serviettes étaient imprégnés de tabac froid. On a payé 2 nuits mais nous avons quitté le logement après la 1ere nuit car l'odeur était encore présente malgré l'aération de toute la nuit !

Options pétales de rose un peu light pour supplément de 30 euros: quelques pétales de roses artificielles et 2 petits ballons en caoutchouc très basiques ne ressemblant pas à des cœurs.. Ne pas prendre ce supplément (concept à améliorer)

Beau studio ,le reste nul

Voisinage,la gendarmerie qui est venu et qui ne voulait pas me laisser sortir alors que rien à voir dans l histoire et publicité mensongère sur la photo par rapport à ce que je voulait .une baignoire spa était sur la photo et je n'ai pas eu.a qui la faute?booking ou le propriétaire ?j'attends une reponse
