The property itself was actually amazing. Quite neighbhorhood, amazing shower + bath, and overall extremely clean.
The property itself isn't in Ikebukuro proper. The closest train stops are Kanamecho and Senkawa. So include that in your planning.

對兩個人來說空間很大、有很多用具（平底鍋 鍋子 碗盤 洗衣機 等）可以自行使用，跟房東溝通後，可以提前寄放行李
附近很安靜 街道恬靜 附近有LUUP可以租借很方便

It was close to the Kanamecho station which allowed me to get to multiple places with ease. The shower was amazing
I had no complaints at all.

The property was well described and it was easy to find. It also had 3 beds set up and was one of the larger properties I stayed in during my Japan trip. It has a nice skyline view too which was a nice surprise
The property was not as clean as all other properties I stayed in. There were dirty marks on the wall, the smell was off and the toilet was unclean to a level that I had not seen in Japan. The flush was also broken so that caused issue for the first night. However, the host was responsive and sent a cleaner the next morning to clean the toilet and fix the flush, which was useful.
