Fantastic location. Very clean. Very comfortable beds and 2 comfy sofas in the lounge, outside dining table with big comfy chairs on the good size balcony, as well as inside dining table. Nice fluffy throws and cushions to get extra comfy ☺️
Good clothes storage space with hangers in both bedrooms (which so many places don't provide).
Very good A/C and good ceiling fan in the front double bedroom.
Went to sleep every night listening to the waves crashing 😍
Shower room in the twin bedroom is quite tiny.
Shower room of the main apartment is larger with a well functioning half size drum washing machine.
The kitchen is fairly well equipped, we cooked a few times, and it was lovely to have a dishwasher in the kitchen, with tablets provided.
Playa Velilla is a great location. Spotless pebble beach, spotless Paseo. Good choice of chiringuitos and restaurants with very good food.
Lovely chill vibe, and 35 minutes leisurely walk into the centre of Almuñécar Old Town.
We managed to find a parking space on the Paseo which was free of charge at the time of our stay (September 23-30).
We enjoyed our 7 night stay so much, we rebooked for next year whilst we were still there.
No fan or A/C in twin bedroom.
No hairdryer available in the apartment.
No wifi in the apartment, which these days, I do think should be available.

Las vistas y la comodidad del apartamento. Autobus en la puerta que te lleva hasta el centro en 10 minutos y todo tipo de comercios en la misma calle!
El aparcamiento debe ser imposible en temporada alta pues en septiembre está complicado!. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que en el dormitorio interior no hay ventilador y hacía calor, tuvimos que utilizar el sofá cama del salón que sí tiene ventilador de techo y aire. El dormitorio principal sí tiene ventilador. Echamos de menos algunos detalles como estropajo, bayetas, poco papel higiénico y al menos una pastilla para el lavavajillas y lavadora. Por lo demás perfecto, tal como se ve en las fotos!
