El lugar cumple con todo lo que ofrece, en buen estado y limpio. El barrio es tranquilo y se encuentra aproximadamente a 150mts. de la costanera. Por lo cual una vez ubicados pueden moverse a pie en la zona de costanera y bares, lo que da comodidad. Recomendable!
No es algo negativo, pero ingresa mucha claridad por los ventanales a pesar de tener black out.
