Apartamento está novo, tudo funcionando adequadamente. O estacionamento é bom, apesar de cobrarem à parte e só falarem depois de alugar.
Mesmo sendo estrangeiro fui cobrado do imposto IVA. Segundo o porteiro é porque eles ainda não emitem nota de serviço nacional. Mas o que acho sacanagem é colocar que o imposto é separado na publicação.
