Hayah Al Masi Hotel

Very nice location, just a 5–8 minute walk from the Haram, near Gate 310. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the washrooms were spotless. The shower was excellent as well. A special mention to Kalim Ullah at the reception, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. They also allowed us almost 3 hours of late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Another great convenience was the luggage facility, allowing us to leave our luggage safely after checkout in lobby. Overall, a very comfortable stay with a great location and excellent service. Highly recommended! ⭐️

All good no complains

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and the room service was exceptional, thank you Al Amin, he got us whatever we needed, very helpful and friendly guy, so was the bell boy Tufazzal, Thank you The location was very good, close to gate 309 Masjid Nabwi from where you can easily go to the rawda Mubarak to say salm. Also across the road is the start of the Quba pathway where you can find very reasonably priced shops, whole sale dates and Desi restaurants.

They issue only one card per room, they said the system only allows one. They need to change this so there are multiple cards. My wife came back early from haram and was locked out. She asked for another card at reception and wasn't given one and had to wait for me to come back and open the door for her. There is a place to eat your food you bring from outside on floor M, they need to improve the cleanliness and standard of tables and chairs on this floor

Assalamualaikum. Staff was very cooperative and respectful. I checked in a bit early, but staff allowed me to get in which was very helpful .

Clean and nice room and overall hotel

Great location - about 4 min walk to Masjid Annabawi. Plenty of shops around the hotel and on the way to the masjid. The downside is that they only have two ground staff that's responsible for room cleaning. Getting them to clean the room was a mission that was never accomplished. This hotel is ideal if you're a group of guys. I wouldnt advise staying here with a [young] wife - she won't overlook what we could.

Lack of speedy assistance. Check-in time is 16:00 which can cause frustrations when you arrive in Madina early. At least there's no fear of your luggage getting stolen, alhamdulillah.
