Proximity with public transports to access city downtown and convenience store in the neighbourhood. House very comfortable

Good size and equipment
Single pane glass windows you could hear a person on the road talking quietly. No effective light blind on top floor. Cockroaches in main bathroom. Window does not close properly in downstairs toilet (which as per previous reviews still does not have a lock). And ants in the kitchen.
