Lalas' apartment

The location is perfect, easily accessible and very close to the old town. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - air conditioning, stovetop, basic kitchen appliances, fridge, iron, hair dryer, toiletries. The balcony is spacious and excellent for eating breakfast and relaxing in the evening. The bed has been replaced since the previous comments about the mattress being thin. Now it’s a very comfortable bed with a thick mattress. A nice touch was that sunscreen was left for me as well. There’s a bakery just downstairs that makes excellent pastries! There are a lot of restaurants just a two-minute walk from the apartment and there’s a local market as soon as you step out of the front door.

Mieszkanie idealne dla 2 osób. Zawierało wszystko co potrzeba do komfortowego wypoczynku. Bardzo duży taras idealny nawet do spożywania posiłków. Lokalizacja idealna, obok sklep, piekarnia i bazar. W piwnicy miejsce parkingowe, zamykane na noc. Wynajmujący bardzo miły i uczynny, zawsze pod telefonem , gotowy do udzielania porad.

We can genuinely recommend this apartment! The host Martin was always online and swiftly responded in chat to all the questions. Check in is not automatic, but was handled precisely when we arrived. The apartment is like shown in the photos, we had no issues with hot water or kitchen appliances. There was A/C but in fact it was cool enough at night just to sleep with open windows. What made our stay fantastic is the proximity to the local green market (ground floor) and local bakeries. The location is perfect for getting to Ohrid town center, it's a 5 min walk. It was also very nice to have breakfast on the balcony! The underground parking was reserved for us, and was included in the stay price. We paid in euro - very convenient.

To my personal taste, the bed could have been more comfortable. The pillows are quite thin, and the mattress was soft but also quite thin. I would suggest elevating the bed equipment & linen to get 10 starts with all guests.
