*Only 1 bath towel per person and not changed daily (instead of a set of 3 daily) * Room and dishes not cleaned daily * sheets were never changed * car parked next to a gas cylinder (dangerous) * car shelter gates had no hooks * signs to the B&B not visible * little sugar & coffee instead of sachets & tea bags * toilet paper not enough * awkward hanging space for clothes
