Such a beautiful place! Calm and green. Really nice owners. Very local homestay. Authentic village with nice people greeting us in the streets.
We wished we could have stayed longer. The owner helped us to a nice driver, who picked us up when we needed to get to Tam Coc or other places. It all felt very personal and kind.

The hospitality, space, location, and meals were all lovely. The host, Hoàng, was so generous with his wisdom about the area and communication whenever I needed anything. I loved biking around the area over to the Van Long Wetland Nature Preserve and taking a boat ride (I got to see some monkeys in this area as well!). The bike and boat ride through this area were some of my favorite parts of visiting Vietnam.
This location is remote and you will need to get a car or rent a motorbike from the homestay if you want to get to most of the Ninh Binh main attractions.

Hoang was very welcoming, kind and professionnal. Nhà Lua Homestay is a very beautiful place, very peaceful with a lot of vegetation. The room was very confortable and nicely decorated. Hoang helpt us a lot, always asking if we needed something. We had our meals at the homestay and food was delicious ; Hoang cooks very well !
We had a very nice stay and we recommend other travelers to stay in Van Long, at Nha Lua Homestay instead of Tam Coc which is very touristic and busy.

Excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, near the Van Long lake, easily accessible by using the homestay's bicycles. Really beautiful homestay, with discrete and minimal design.
